Magic Mechanic Roof

These pictures are of a roof we did. It had leaks and was in bad shape. We cleaned,patched the holes and waterproofed it. Then we painted it with cool seal.
Groninger Custom Homes lot 29 Windsong
- Half way point on exterior.
- Finished exterior.
This was a new home we just finished for Groninger Custom Homes. It is one of the homes featured in the Parade of Homes.
Wall unit in Windsong
- This is when it was first built.
- This is after being stained.
These are pictures of one of the 6 wall units we did in this home.
Repaint
- This was with all our patches.
- This was when we finished painting.
This house had alot of cracks and the paint was falling off the walls. So we cleaned and sealed it. Then we patched all the cracks and repainted it.
Repaint
- This was before we cleaned or patched.
- This was finished.
This was a repaint we did. It had mold on the roof and house and was in need of a paint job.

- Raw wood back deck
- Stained and sealed
This back deck was added on and we sanded stained and sealed it.
